In an all-for-one culture, they're genuine and authentic and truly want to help each other to be their best.                     It’s all about … the Job!                     These roles will join an experienced and close-knit customer care team whose duties include; managing email and social media product enquiries, following up on tracking enquiries and general account enquiries over the phone. You will also be responsible for managing after-sales warranty claims, quoting on repairs and managing the logistics across their wholesale and retail partners, and the consumer directly.                      It’s all about … you!                     Operating across a large number of brands, you'll have the ability to pick up new information on products, as well as new systems and processes (of which there is a number). With a genuine desire to do the right thing for the customer, you'll be able to listen, advise and make decisions that support the team and the business. Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount, as well as being able to follow up and deliver empathy.
