About the Position Structures Foreman - High-end Apartment Project in North Brisbane Your new company Your new company are an established force in the development and construction industry and are putting out quality and well designed projects year on year. Specialising in high end, luxury Apartments, they have an incredible reputation with clients, consultants and subbies and continue to achieve their goal of delivering quality projects in incredible locations. Your new role Your new role will see you manage the structural component of a high end, luxury build consisting of multiple towers with a strong team to support you. As Structures Foreman, you will manage the structural trades, ensure works are carried out according to scope and design, coordinate subcontractors, assist with the programme, manage safety work closely with the Site Manager to achieve a successful outcome. Your excellent stakeholder relationship skills will continue the immaculate reputation this business holds. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position you will have demonstrated experience as a Foreman/Site Manager managing the structure of multi-residential projects $20m. You will have strong leadership skills, be an excellent communicator and confident in your abilities to successfully liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
