Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 AUD Annual Salary Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week. Conditions: Remove (Not  Based), Remote (Australia Based), In Office (Melbourne, Australia) Primary Responsibilities:                    
                    
Leading a team of Minecraft-specialised professionals through all stages of a video creation, from Scripting to Voice Acting to Blocking to Filming to Editing to Uploading. You will be in charge of the pipeline and timeline, supervising the project and providing feedback along the way to ensure consistency of thought across the video, and to ensure each component is completed by the required deadlines.Organising, planning and scheduling workload for each Minecraft Video Supervising the pipeline to ensure efficiency and consistency Provide valuable feedback and advice to aid members in reaching the overall/end goal for each video project Liaising between employees to help provide clarification and remove ambiguity.Organising and scheduling ideas, requesting feedback and implementing feedback Generating and selecting possible title and thumbnails for these ideas Here is an example of the content and channel-style you will be managing: Full and in-depth understanding of Vanilla and Modded Minecraft Experience in YouTube ideation and successful YouTube videosExperience in Minecraft video ideation, and Minecraft trends, topics and the community Experience in the content creation pipeline Pay Range:
