About the Position Personal Assistant/Events Manager, immediate start, temporary to permanent opportunity. Your new companyOur client is focused on the acquisition and development of early stage franchised businesses as both a franchisor and master franchisee. As a result of their future growth strategies, an exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Personal Assistant/Events Manager to join their office located in Maroochydore.
Your new role
In this role you will be instrumental in ensuring all administration functions are managed effectively. You will be responsible for assisting the Chief Operating Officer with day-to-day support. Key duties could involve:
Book appropriate travel arrangements for relevant staff Provide administrative assistance to the Chief Operating Officer, duties could include diary management, scheduling of appointments and management of meeting room allocations Coordination of events including annual conferences & related functions Provide communication support to key stakeholders in a timely manner Office administration support including ad-hoc administration duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. You must have high attention to detail, be self-motivated, outcome driven, show initiative, and have the ability to prioritise your workload. Industry exposure to Residential Construction would be highly desirable You must have proficient computer literacy, with demonstrated experience in the Microsoft Office packages. Knowledge of G-Suites would be highly desirable. High level interpersonal and verbal communication skills; strong customer skills are essential for this opportunity.

A generous and competitive hourly rate is on offer commensurate with experience while working within a dynamic environment. This exciting opportunity is initially a temporary contract with the view the role will move into a permanent opportunity after 3 months tenure. Seeking an immediate start prior to Christmas. Full-time salary on offer is $65,000 + Super which will be dependent on experience.
