Location:
Pay: $38 per hour + Super
Dates: ASAP Start - Ongoing contract
Hours: 7 hours per day/ 35 hours per week

Hays have partnered with a government organisation in the education sector, who is looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join their team.

Your new role
Your day-to-day activities would include:
Supporting education staff and teams to ensure smooth running of daily activities Working in a fast-paced environment Responding to and resolving customer enquiries Data entry and use of multiple financial and CRM systems. Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships Assist with coordination of events
What you'll need to succeed
Strong customer and administration experience Tech savvy with the ability to pick up new programs Good communicator, previous stakeholder management experience Strong attention to detail Experience working in government or similar environment desirable Successful candidates will need to provide 2x references, complete a police check and WWCC.
