                    About the Position                  
                    
                    Senior Management Accountant Location: Tamworth with hybrid working (2 days/ week in the office) Salary - up to£50K dependant on experience T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Senior Management Accountant on behalf of a successful and rapidly growing business services company. The main purpose of the Senior Management Accountant role is to support the Head of Management Accounts with the preparation of monthly accounts and reporting.As Senior Management Accountant, main responsibilities will include: Being responsible for monthly management reporting across multiple entities across the group Monitoring and reporting financial performance Responsible for the production of monthly board reports. Preparation of detailed variance analysis to budget holders.Responsible for financial year end audit packs, statutory reporting and liaising with auditors Continually improve timing, content and accuracy of management reporting Provide analytical support to the senior management team Perform and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations Prepare rolling cashflow forecastsSupport the budgeting / forecasting process, providing information and analysis Ability to provide detailed excel spreadsheet modelling for analysis and forecasting purposes Document and improve month end processes and procedures Responsible for the accuracy of the quarterly VAT return information and return preparationManage the workload of one supporting Assistant Accountant
