About the Position Job Descriptions : -  Speaking and responding to doctors/clients in a timely and professional manner through the various mediums (Phone, WhatsApp, Email and Social Media) Developing and managing internal office procedures and practices Coordinates activities of workers (technicians, assistants and dispatch riders) in dental laboratory Coordinates production schedules to ensure that work is completed by delivery date Analyzes production records to ensure that operation is efficient  Institutes measures or approves suggestions to improve efficiency of operation and working conditions Examines finished products for conformance to specifications Performing billing and bookkeeping duties Working with finance department closely with payment collections Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing and issuing materials for use in the lab whilst keeping a record of stock inventory Working with the team to create a standardised quality assurance protocol for both incoming and outgoing cases Job Requirements : -  Candidate must possess at least SPM Qualification (with certificate) Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) Good command of both spoken and written English.
