Wherever your skills lie, we’ll help you to learn and develop, supporting you along the way in our inclusive culture.The Head of Supply Finance is a critical role in enabling broader business performance, partnering closely with our Supply Director to ensure that our business knows more than just the numbers. Described as a“mini” Finance Director role, it’s truly a strategic partnership opportunity for you to lead our future business through both strategic supply projects and daily operations support. With a team of 3 in and indirectly leading a team throughout the region, our Head of Supply Finance isa key enabler of success for Diageo and critical for us to achieve our local ambitions.*Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity* What does this role look like for you? Own the financial oversight and analysis of the Supply Operations within Australia which includes planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics; Act as a critical business partner to the Supply Director to enable stronger commercial decisions being made across Supply both within the short term and to shape the longer term future of our supply network;Drive best in class processes to ensure compliance within the global Financial Controls framework; Inspire and mentor a team of three locally and influence and build capability in international teams that support our market; and Build strong cross functional relationships between Finance&Supply, leading insight and commercial support across the wider function. What will you bring to the table? Proven experience in leading a team and specific experience in Manufacturing or Supply finance business partnering; Advanced business partnering skills and experience, with the ability to lead supply relationships with a broader business outlook;High level of mentoring experience, with the ability to lead a team both in market and in regional teams; and The ability to work with significant pace, problem solve and be agile in a changing environment.
